​The 29th edition of the International Fashion Designers Festival, founded by Dominique DAMIEN RÉHEL, will take place on October 4th, 5th, and 6th.​

Mr. Didier Lechien, Mayor of the city of Dinan, renews his commitment to the Festival for the 9th consecutive year.
In the presence of the president of the festival, Dominique Damien Réhel.
The Master of Ceremonies for the 2025 edition will be Magloire Delcros-Varaud.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2025
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Théâtre des Jacobins – Public opening of the exhibition featuring the collections of competing designers.
Launch of the PARCOURS LIKE, in Dinan’s shops.
2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Théâtre des Jacobins – Public opening of the exhibition featuring the collections of competing designers.
2:00 PM – Masterclass by MURIEL PIASER Consulting for the festival’s designers, Salle Charles Duclos, Dinan Town Hall.
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Public roundtable, Salle Charles Duclos, Dinan Town Hall,(The final theme will be confirmed shortly.)
8:00 PM, Théâtre des Jacobins – By invitation only, evening hosted by Mr. Didier Lechien, Mayor of Dinan, Dominique Damien Réhel, Founding President of the Festival, City/Festival Officials, Partners, the Union of Merchants, and Designers.

10:30 AM, Théâtre des Jacobins – Public opening of the exhibition featuring the designers' collections.
Public fashion shows "Fashion in the Streets":
3:00 PM – Fashion show at Place de la Résistance (in front of Dinan Town Hall).
4:00 PM – Fashion show on the steps of Théâtre des Jacobins.

4:30 PM, Théâtre des Jacobins – Official festival inauguration with Mr. Mayor Didier Lechien, Dinan city officials, Stéphane Rolland, Honorary President and Jury, and Dominique Damien Réhel, Founding President of the Festival. Presentation of the jury members.
5:00 PM – Fashion show featuring the competing collections.
6:30 PM – Private jury deliberation.
8:00 PM – Private cocktail dinner.
9:30 PM, Théâtre des Jacobins – By invitation only, presentation of the partners and the 2024 Festival Awards Ceremony.
11:00 PM – Festival closing evening.

AICP (Académie Internationale de Coupe de Paris) offers a 3-month training program valued at €6,580, to be chosen from their curriculum.

Plateau Fertile Paris – a Fashion Green Hub space, offers an annual membership and five days of access to its facility.

Christelle Mesnage Immobilier offers a trophy created by Master Glassmaker Adrian Colin, valued at €2,000.

Delissea – the brand by Arnaud Baratte, triple medalist at the Concours Lépine International de Paris and holder of an excellence label from the Institut Français du Design (Janus de l'Industrie), offers its Premium PURE by Delissea glass set, a patented invention.

FNH (Fédération Nationale de l’Habillement).

Muriel Piaser Consulting offers a "Global Business Development" coaching program valued at €15,000 over one year.

Pui Bella offers a photo shoot with full rights transfer, valued at €2,000.

Bienvenue en Bretagne offers a gift box.

Dalifa, High Fashion Silk (Zhejiang) will provide silk fabric valued at €1,500.

Who’s Next offers a stand within the IMPACT section of its trade show, valued at €6,800.

  • The Dinan Territory Merchant/Public Award Dinan's merchants participate through the "Parcours Like" initiative, which assigns the storefront of a local shop to each of the 10 competing designers. Their accessorized outfit is showcased in the window, allowing the public to vote for their favorite look on social media. The most popular design receives the award.

€1,200 awarded by the Dinan Territory Merchant Association to the winner chosen by the public via social media.

Royal Mer – The winner will create a capsule collection in collaboration with Royal Mer, which will distribute it through its network. 10% of the revenue will be awarded to the designer.

 The winner will receive a trip to the VIATT trade fair in Vietnam (February 26 to 28, 2025). The trip includes an economy flight and three nights of hotel accommodation. Flight and accommodation costs will be covered by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH in 2025.​​​

  • NEONYT Prize, presented by Claudia Franz

 

NEONYT – Offers a stand to showcase the winner's collection at the WHO'S NEXT NEONYT PARIS trade fair.

​​

​

The festival, a hub for professional exchanges, organizes a debate session among fashion industry specialists and experts with its roundtable discussion.
The designers' collections will be exhibited in their dedicated spaces at the Théâtre des Jacobins from Friday to Sunday.
The festival will also host guest DJs, with this year's musical theme centered on the 2000s.

The festival embodies "Fashion in the Streets"! Selected creations will be showcased in an outdoor fashion show on Saturday afternoon, marking the festival's inauguration on the forecourt of the Théâtre des Jacobins.
All creations will then be presented on the Théâtre stage, followed by the 2024 Awards Ceremony during the Gala evening.

The Dinan 2024 International Fashion Designers Festival supports the French Red Cross of Dinan Côte d'Armor.
This festival will be a significant event to attract new sponsors and volunteers – our needs are immense.

MURIEL PIASER Consulting Master-Class for Festival Designers

Objective:
How to build a brand, develop its communication, digital strategies, and innovation.
Understand the challenges and workings of the creative industries in fashion, while highlighting the specificities of fashion management in terms of design, production, communication, and marketing.

Guests of the 2024 Dinan International Fashion Designers Festival

Armand Rousseau – Winner of the 2023 Royal Mer Prize and designer of the 2024 Festival poster.

​

Lea Theres Lahr-Thiele – A German haute couture designer who works exclusively with unsold fabrics. She will present her collection and exhibit throughout the three days of the Festival at the Théâtre des Jacobins.

​

Manix Wong – Winner of the 2003 International Fashion Designers Festival, will showcase his new men’s collection Laclos by Manix Wong.

​

Maël Roussel – Eponymous brand and winner of the 2022 International Fashion Designers Festival, will unveil his new women's collection.

​

Grégoire Willerval – 2018 winner, manages the festival’s social media and will host the Festival's Roundtable.

​

Léo Lemée and Adrian Sas – Two winners from the 2023 edition will exhibit their designs made with upcycled fabrics from State-Guigou. The renowned silk manufacturer in Lyon gave them access to its archives.

​

Nathan Guillemot – A jeweler, will highlight jewelry by exhibiting his work during the three days of the Festival at the Théâtre des Jacobins.

​

Bienvenue en Bretagne – A luxury Breton perfume brand, will exhibit throughout the three days of the Festival at the Théâtre des Jacobins.

​

Adrian Colin – Glass artist and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will create the trophies for the Festival’s top prizes.
