Texpertise Prize: Tanguy Mélinand, out of competition.
Presented by Claudia Franz, Textile and Brand Director of Messe Frankfurt, to the designer
eco-responsible Tanguy Mélinand. Invited to Dinan for his innovative concept of
material from ocean algae.
Surprise Prize:
Loïs Cousin from LISAA Mode Paris, men’s collection.
Presented by Michael Scherpe CEO of the official delegation Messe Frankfurt France
and Monaco, the prize was awarded to Loïs Cousin for his S-Kizo collection. Loïs manie
volumes and exaggerates them, to give birth to technical clothing and
functional.
Dinan Territory Merchant/General Public Prize:
Adrian Sas de Chardon Savard, men’s collection.
The thousands of likes on Instagram awarded the Commercial/Large Territory Prize
Public to Adrian Sas for his shirt with crystal embroidered bib, slipped under a long
black bathrobe coat, illuminated with oversized hand-painted plums by
Adrian.
Adrian Sas was received at Aniky, 16 Grande Rue.
Royal Sea Prize 2023:
Armand Rousseau from ESAA Duperré, women's collection.
The 10 finalist designers had to appropriate the navy stripe to adapt it to
their universe. Hervé Coulombel, president of Royal Mer, chose the long silhouette
imagined and knitted by Armand Rousseau. A flowing, sleeveless dress,
warmed by a perfecto with gold buttons, in fluffy angora/cashmere knit,
artistically striped in navy and white.
Armand Rousseau will design a capsule collection with the Royal Mer teams.
It will be distributed throughout the brand's network. A third of the turnover
of business achieved will be paid to the winner.

Dinan Grand Prix 2023:
Léo Lemée from LISAA Mode Paris, men’s collection.
Léo won over the jury of twelve fashion personalities. Surprised by the
realism of the collection, very accomplished and thoughtful, like a real brand
global. Accessories, luggage, matching clothes, and even perfume, are
already thought and designed.
Léo Lemée dresses his modern-day maquisard in a large overcoat in
upcycled felt painted with impressionist branches. It transforms a plaid into
jacket and sneakers into a fanny pack. It's all about recovery and improvement, in
an extremely contemporary elegance.
Under the honorary presidency and jury of designers Livia Stoianova and
Yassen Samouilov of the Maison On Aura Tout Vu, the International Festival of
Fashion Designers, founded and chaired by Dominique Damien Réhel, took place in
Dinan, Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October 2023.
The Festival highlights emerging generations and opens up the creation of
fashion, usually reserved for an elite, the general public.
The parades, in the heart of the city and in the Theater, the round table, on the theme of
eco-responsibility and digitalization, as well as the Like Course, were
accessible to all.
The 2023 edition’s endowments:
Thanks to the donations from the Festival partners, the winners receive assistance,
practical and financial, with a total value of €100,000.
The Jean-Luc François Association offers access to its expertise, for the
creation and development of a collection within its Textile Incubator,
Clothing, Accessories and Home Decoration.
The AICP, International Paris Cup Academy, offers training in
his school, over a period of 3 months.
Muriel Piaser Consulting supports the Grand Prix winner for a year in
the development of its brand.
The Lyon manufacturer, Sfate-Guigou, opens its archives and offers
footage of fabrics from which a model will be made for an exhibition
at the 2024 Festival.
The Who's Next show is offering a stand in its Impact universe during its next
edition.
Plateau Fertile Paris/ Fashion Green Hub, gives an annual membership
in its third place.
The FNH, National Clothing Federation, will host in Paris, from the 1st to the 24th
December 2023, the collection of the winner, Léo Lemée, in an independent store,
member of the FNH.

Schools, trade fairs and textile manufacturers provide support to candidates throughout
of the year: AICP, Messe Frankfurt, LISAA Mode Paris, the Lyon silk manufacturer Sfate-
Guigou and the Who's Next show.
The official partners are the city of Dinan and the Regional Council of Brittany
and Departmental Council of Côtes d'Armor and Dinan Commercial Territory, the
Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne, are joined for the 2023 edition by Opalhe Assurance
and the Red Cross.

GRAND PRIX DINAN 2023 :
The JEAN-LUC FRANÇOIS ASSOCIATION offers access to its expertise, for the production and development
from a collection within the Incubator, Textile, Clothing, Accessories and Home decoration.
• AICP, International Paris Cup Academy, offers a 3-month training course, worth €6,580. To be chosen from its program.
• CHRISTELLE MESNAGE IMMOBILIER offers a trophy created by Master Glassmaker Adrian Colin,
worth €2,000.

.DELISSEA, the brand of Arnaud Baratte, triple medalist at the Concours Lépine International in Paris and holder of a label of excellence
awarded by the French Institute of Design (Janus de l'Industrie) offers its Premium box of PURE by Delissea glasses, a patented invention.

and 5 days in his Parisian third place.
.FNH, National Clothing Federation, will host in Paris, from December 1 to 24, 2023,
the winner's collection in an independent store, member of the FNH.

period of one month.
• Coaching in “Global Business Development” offered by MURIEL PIASER CONSULTING/
PRECIOUS ROOM by MURIEL PIASER, worth €15,000, 3 hours per month for 1 year.
• SFATE & GUIGOU, opens its archives, during one day, within its factories
Lyonnaises. The winner will choose 15 meters of upcycling fabrics, and will make a model, in
view of an exhibition during the 2024 Festival.
• WHO'S NEXT is offering a stand in the IMPACT universe of its show worth €6,800.
ROYAL SEA PRIZE :
The winner will create a capsule collection in collaboration with Royal Mer, which will distribute it in its network. A third of the turnover will be donated to the designer.
