Honorary President of the 2019 Festival: Chantal Thomass.

For 25 years, Dominique Damien Réhel has chaired the International Festival of Fashion Designers, founded on his initiative, with the aim of democratizing fashion design.

A sharp selection of 12 designers, freshly graduated or having already created their brand, compete for three grand prizes, awarded by Messe Frankfurt France: Women, Men and for the first time, Mixed Activewear. Two prizes, on imposed themes, one supported by the Eco TLC organization and the other by the Gavottes biscuit factories, entitled Audacity and Colors. Two prizes will also be awarded by Rendez Voo, showroom organizer in Asia and the United States.

The Mayor of the City of Dinan, Didier Lechien, reaffirms his commitment to the International Festival of Fashion Designers, with the implementation of new systems involving Dinan traders and the public: a Conference on the evolution of careers in fashion design, a vote involving the perspective of consumers around a Like Course and, as a European preview, a Connected Boutique.

The Conference/Round Table at the Congress Center, on Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., the public will be able to attend a debate between international fashion professionals, around the subject: What is the place of a designer in new business models?
